I'm releasing them just in time for Halloween 2012. ^^ The cursors are based off of Himaruya's Halloween chibis. I'm in love with them.

They're totally free for you to download, as long as you follow a few simple rules. (I'm super lenient about it.)

1. Don't redistribute the data. Link back here.

2. Don't credit yourself. (That's stealing.)

That's about it. If you want to you use it on your own personal web page, feel free. Although I'd really like it if you let me know. ^^

I do not own the art, characters, or Hetalia. They are all the property of Hidekaz Himaruya.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR DOWNLOADING

1. Click on the big button on the right that says 'Download'.

2. The file should start downloading.

3. When it's done, you'll need to unzip it using WinZip, WinRar, 7zip, or any other unzipping program. (I prefer FYZip, myself.)

4. Extract the files.

1. Open the Control Panel.

2. Go to Hardware and SoundsMousePointers.

3. Click on 'Browse...'

4. Go to the file where you saved your cursors.
(You may have to search for 'All Files' in order to find them.)
